Enter the cellphone number you sign in with. If it belongs to a Back Office account, we will send a six-digit code to it.
It comes from a number you will not recognise, and a different one each time. That is normal. It begins with “New Hope:” and it will never contain a link. New Hope will never phone you and ask for the code.
Staff: this is for buyers only. A staff password is reset by the Super Admin, never by SMS.
